Abstract

Статья посвящена правовому положению юридических лиц, являющихся организаторами азартных игр и пари. Авторы полагают, что законодательные требования, предъявляемые к организаторам азартных игр, направлены на укрупнение и монополизацию игорного бизнеса в России, а также на обеспечение прозрачности деятельности юридических лиц в данной области.The article is devoted to the legal status of legal entities, which are the organizers of gambling and betting. The authors believe that the legislative requirements for providers of gambling are aimed at the consolidation and monopolization of the gambling business in Russia, as well as to ensure transparency of legal persons in this area.
