Abstract

В целях финансового обеспечения стратегии устойчивого экономического роста Российской Федерации на инновационной основе должна быть решена проблема повышения эффективности перераспределения инвестиционных ресурсов через механизм финансового рынка. В предлагаемой статье рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные аспекты функционирования финансового рынка, обосновываются его место и роль в инвестиционном обеспечении экономического роста и направления его совершенствования с учетом его национальных особенностей и зарубежного опыта.
