Abstract

Статья посвящена принципам управления как исходным научным и экономическим категориям, выражающим сущность и особенности управленческих процессов в государственном секторе финансов. Автор полагает, что принципы управления государственными финансами основополагающие, руководящие начала, выражающие определенные требования к деятельности субъектов финансовых отношений, отражают наиболее существенные стороны (компоненты) структуры и функционирования системы управления государственными финансами.The article is devoted to management principles as the original scientific and economic categories which express the essence and peculiarities of management processes in the public sector of finances. The author believes that management principles of state finance have fundamental, guiding elements expressing specific requirements for subjects’ activity of financial relations, reflect the most essential aspects (components) of the structure and functioning of the public finance management system.
