Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты слияний и присоединений банков. Исследованы и проанализированы показатели динамики данных процессов. Приведены основные прогнозы, касающиеся интеграционных процессов в банковском секторе России.In the article theoretical aspects of merging and joining of banks are considered. Indicators of the dynamics processes are investigated and analyzed. Main forecasts concerning integrational processes in Russian banking sector are specified.
