Совершенствование Норм, Регламентирующих Деятельность По Реставрации Объектов Культурного Наследия

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу реставрационных правил как основной нормы, регламентирующей реставрационную деятельность. В настоящее время все реставрационные правила являются рекомендательными нормами. Реставрационную деятельность, по мнению автора, можно разделить на организационные-правовые вопросы сопровождения процесса реставрации и научно-производственную деятельность по собственно реставрации объекта. Автор предлагает реставрационные правила, регламентирующие организационные вопросы реставрации оформлять в виде приказов Министерства культуры и постановлений Правительства Российской Федерации.
