Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам идентификации факторов, которые влияют на стоимость непубличных компаний, и их систематизации. Авторы полагают, что для признания компании публичной важен не только объем, но и своевременность раскрытия ею информации. Исходя из этого, выделены три группы факторов: ликвидности; связанные со структурой собственности и управления; факторы информационного характера.
