Обеспеченность Вологодской Области Трудовыми Ресурсами: Проблемы И Перспективы

Abstract

В статье на примере России и Вологодской области рассматривается проблема обеспеченности трудовыми ресурсами. Проведен анализ их количественных характеристик, представлены прогнозные данные, на основе которых определено, что в ближайшей перспективе усугубится проблема дефицита рабочей силы, и только за счет мер демографической политики решить ее не представляется возможным. Автор полагает, что в этих условиях особо значимым направлением повышения экономической активности может стать вовлечение широких слоев населения в трудовую деятельность.
