Abstract

Законодательством о налогах и сборах не установлен порядок оформления результатов проведенных дополнительных мероприятий в рамках налогового контроля, а также сроки доведения этих результатов до проверяемого лица и сроки представления возражений, если таковые имеются. В настоящей статье обозначены проблемы, возникающие у налоговых органов из-за отсутствия указанного порядка, которые нередко приводят к судебным спорам и, как результат, к отмене решений налоговых органов по формальным признакам.
