Abstract

В статье речь идет о правовом воспитании современной молодежи. Средствами формирования правовой культуры являются пропаганда права, развитие у граждан юридических знаний, практическое укрепление законности, наличие сильной юридической науки, совершенствование системы правовых актов, которое достигается благодаря наличию в государстве демократичной, эффективной конституции и высокому правовому и технико-юридическому качеству законов и подзаконных актов.
