Abstract

В статье проводится анализ нового объекта инвестиций в финансовые средства ипотечные сертификаты участия. Раскрыта сущность ИСУ (ипотечных сертификатов участия). Проведено сравнение основных параметров облигаций с ипотечным покрытием и с закрытыми ипотечными ПИФами. Выявлены достоинства и недостатки ИСУ. Сформулированы проблемы, возникающие с использованием этого инструмента. Определены возможные риски и перспективы использования этого инвестиционного объекта.
