Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы развития нефтегазовой отрасли РФ. Рассмотрена концептуальная модель формирования горнопромышленного комплекса по освоению сланцевых углеводородов. Разработана схема формирования экономического механизма сланцевого горнопромышленного комплекса. Представлена «дорожная карта» подготовки сырьевой базы и развития добычи сланцевых углеводородов.
