Abstract

Исследуется вопрос исполнения решений третейских судов в Российской Федерации. Авторами рассмотрены и проанализированы различные точки зрения на правовую природу существования третейских судов в России, а также предложены варианты внесения изменений в нормативные правовые акты в части добровольного и принудительного исполнения решений третейских судов сторонами третейского разбирательства с целью пресечения и недопущения возникновения ангажированных третейских судов.
