Abstract

Статья посвящена механизму защиты от разлива нефтепродуктов на внутреннем водном транспорте. Автор полагает, что механизм защиты окружающей среды на водном транспорте должен включать страхование риска разлива нефти, а также создание специального фонда для финансового обеспечения ликвидации последствий аварий.
