Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам менеджмента качества в сфере производства, на примере внедрения инструментов бережливого производства в структурном подразделении ОАО «РЖД». В статье приводятся результаты эффективности практического применения данной методики, гармонизированной с современными подходами к построению производственной системы ОАО «РЖД».
