Abstract

Статья посвящена одной из актуальных проблем современной России — практике применения административно-правовых норм, связанных с мелким хищением. В ходе проведенного исследования авторами делается вывод о том, что закрепленные в статье 7.27 КоАП РФ положения не могут быть эффективно реализованы вследствие наличия в действующем законодательстве об административных правонарушениях целого ряда нормативных пробелов. Предлагаются конкретные решения выявленных проблем, направленные на совершенствование соответствующей законодательной базы.
