Влияние Корпоративной Культуры На Мотивацию Эффективной Деятельности Работников Предприятий

Abstract

Предложен подход к оценке влияния корпоративной культуры на мотивацию труда персонала. Рассмотрен метод поэлементной оценки состояния корпоративной культуры. Обоснована взаимосвязь показателей результативности деятельности персонала, зависящих от определенных элементов корпоративной культуры. Даны рекомендации по определению эффективности от внедрения мероприятий по совершенствованию корпоративной культуры.
