Abstract

Проведен анализ существующих подходов к управлению качеством на предприятиях. Рассмотрена эволюция развития теоретических подходов к управлению качеством. Проанализированы перспективы модернизации систем управления качеством на отечественных предприятиях. Выделены ключевые проблемы внедрения современных систем управления качеством на предприятиях промышленности.
