Старопромышленные Регионы Украины: Институциональные Особенности Развития

Abstract

Рассматриваются факторы, которые влияют на развитие регионов и формирование региональной политики. Значительное внимание уделено институциональным факторам, которые определяют на проблемность старопромышлленых территорий. Обосновано, что формирование государственной политики в отношении старопромышленных регионов должно предусматривать исследование особенностей институциональной среды таких территорий и создание институтов в соответствии со спросом на них в старопромышшенных регионах.
