Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання удосконалення системи управління ризиками в контексті формування стратегії ризикозахисту інжинірингової фірми. Сформульовано передумови використання комплексних методів попереджуючого управління ризиками, обґрунтовано практичні підходи до розробки стратегії ризик-менеджменту інжинірингової фірми в існуючих умовах.В статье рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования системы управления рисками в контексте формирования стратегии рискозащиты инжиниринговой фирмы. Сформулированы предпосылки использования комплексных методов упреждающего управления рисками, обоснованы практические подходы к разработке стратегии риск-менеджмента инжиниринговой фирмы в существующих условиях.The article deals with the issues of improving the risk management system in the context of the formation of the strategy protection against risks of engineering firm. Formulated background use complex methods of the risk management, grounded practical approaches to the development of the strategy protection against risks of engineering company in the current circumstances.
