Разработка Системы Поддержки Принятия Решений На Основе Метода Нечетких Деревьев Для Выбора Претендента На Вакантную Должность В Отделе Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

У статті розглянуто процес вибору претендента для призначення на вакантну посаду у відділі промислового підприємства. Представлено математичну модель підтримки прийняття рішень на основі багатокритеріального аналізу й методу нечітких дерев рішень, наведені критерії оцінки найбільш підходящих претендентів на посаду інженера-програміста трьох категорій. Побудовано інформаційну модель системи мовою візуального моделювання UML, описана її програмна реалізація.В статье рассмотрен процесс выбора претендента для назначения на вакантную должность в отделе промышленного предприятия. Представлена математическая модель поддержки принятия решений на основе многокритериального анализа и метода нечетких деревьев решений, приведены критерии оценки наиболее подходящих претендентов на должность инженера-программиста трех категорий. Построена информационная модель системы на языке визуального моделирования UML, описана ее программная реализация.The process of selecting an applicant for appointment to a vacant position in the department of an industrial enterprise is described. The mathematical model of decision-making support on the basis of multi-criteria analysis and fuzzy decision tree method is presented. The criteria for assessing the most suitable candidates for the position of software engineer three categories are presented. Information system model based on UML and its software implementation are described.
