Abstract

У статті запропонована комплексна оцінка мотиваційного механізму трудового потенціалу підприємства на основі графоаналітичного методу з перспективою подальшого його вдосконалення. Представлена методика дозволяє дати комплексну оцінку структурі, збалансованості, рівню реалізації потенціалу мотиваційного механізму, виявити наявні резерви, розробити обґрунтовані управлінські рішення, спрямовані на подальший його розвиток й вдосконалення.В статье предложена комплексная оценка мотивационного механизма трудового потенциала предприятия на основе графоаналитического метода с перспективой дальнейшего его совершенствования. Представленная методика позволяет дать комплексную оценку структуре, сбалансированности, уровню реализации потенциала мотивационного механизма, выявить имеющиеся резервы, разработать обоснованные управленческие решения, направленные на дальнейшее его развитие и совершенствование.In the article the complex estimation of motivational mechanism of labour potential of enterprise is offered on the basis of grafoanalytical method with the prospect of further his perfections. The presented method allows a comprehensive assessment of the structure, the balance, the level of implementation of the motivational mechanism capacity-you reveal available reserves, develop informed management decisions to further its development and improvement.
