Производственная Программа Как Основа Динамичной Системы Планирования Деятельности Промышленного Предприятия В Современных Условиях

Abstract

В статье исследованы научные и практические аспекты разработки производственной программы в составе динамичной системы планирования деятельности предприятия.Важной составляющей системы является оптимизация производственной программы с использованием современных экономико-математических методов. В работе раскрыты принципы планирования системы, ее преимущество, структура и возможности корректировки планов. Предлагаемая динамическая система планирования предприятия включает: основной блок планов:стратегический, тактический и оперативный, а также корректирующий: прогнозирование, бизнес-планирование и основы бюджетирования. Кроме этого в систему входят блоки учета экономического анализа, контроля планов и корректировки целей руководством предприятия.
