Активизация Трудового Творческого Потенциала Через Интеллектуальный Капитал

Abstract

Обоснована сущность интеллектуализации социально-экономических процессов как современной экономической закономерности. Выдвинуто предположение, что конфликтогеном экономического цикла развития на мезоуровне есть принципиально новый вид экономической закономерности интеллектуальный капитал. Доказано, что следствием приведенной тенденции является проблематика определения экономической сущности интеллектуального капитала, исследование механизма его формирования и практической значимости и места в составе трудового потенциала.
