Концептуальная База Формирования И Использования Поликритериальных Диагностических Систем На Предприятиях Машиностроения

Abstract

Проанализировано современное состояние и проблемы функционирования отечественных машиностроительных предприятий, акцентировано основное внимание на низкий уровень их систем менеджмента. Обосновано необходимость формирования систем диагностики на предприятиях с целью повышения качества управленческих решений. Очерчено тенденцию перехода от монокритериальной концепции к поликритериальной в диагностических процессах. Выделены ключевые элементы типичной структуры системы поликритериальной диагностики деятельности предприятий и охарактеризовано каждый из них.
