Abstract

В статье изложены базовые особенности концепции «свободных денег» Сильвио Гезелля, характерные черты функционирования дополнительных денежных систем, предпосылки и ход их исторического развития, основные принципы обращения и возможные результаты его применения в промышленных регионах.
