Диагностика Интеллектуально-Кадровой Составляющей Обеспечения Экономической Безопасности Машиностроительных Предприятий

Abstract

В статье очерчена важность влияния интеллектуально-кадровой составляющей на обеспечение экономической безопасности промышленного предприятия, в том числе и машиностроительного. Обоснована необходимость уделения особенного внимания именно этой компоненте как ключевой функциональной составляющей экономической безопасности. Отмечено, что именно кадры наиболее ценностная и важная часть производительных сил общества; эффективность деятельности предприятия зависит от квалификации, размещения и использования персонала, от условий и оплаты труда, от благоприятного социальнопсихологического климата в коллективе и тому подобное. В разрезе отмеченных факторов влияния проведено диагностирование состояния интеллектуально-кадровой составляющей обеспечения экономической безопасности машиностроительных предприятий Украины. На основе проведенного анализа определены основные направления кадровой политики предприятий в контексте обеспечения их экономической безопасности.
