Определяющая Роль Закона Равновесия В Развитии Природы И Общества: Социально-Экономический Аспект

Abstract

Статья освещает опыт развития социально-трудовых отношений в Украине в переходный период к социально-регулируемому рыночному производству и завершает цикл работ автора по проблемам труда и общественных отношений. Раскрыты сущность и роль системы законов развития природы и общества: общего закона равновесия; определяющего экономического закона соответствия экономической формации этапу и уровню развития производительных сил; основного экономического закона общества социально-регулируемых рыночных отношений; экономического закона оплаты труда. Разработана структура мотивационного механизма стимулирования эффективности труда и бизнеса, методология количественной оценки меры выражения общественных отношений, баланса социально-экономических интересов бизнеса и наемного труда, резервов возможного повышения средней заработной платы.
