Abstract

В статье авторы осветили динамику демографических показателей и показателей заболеваемости населения Белгородской области в целом и по основным возрастным группам, а также выявили тенденции в развитии социально-значимых заболеваний в последнее время. Кроме этого, авторы осветили основные направления развития экономики здравоохранения на территориальном уровне, в том числе в системе оказания медицинской помощи, функционирования участковой службы региона, показали необходимость перехода её оказания на три уровня и осуществление оплаты на основе подушевого финансирования по принципу частичного фондодержателя с оплатой лечебно-профиклактических услуг (ЛПУ) по всем статьям расходов. При этом в дальнейшем предусматривается активизация профилактической и развитие патронажной работы, повышение квалификации и заработной платы медицинских работников первичного звена, а также рациональное использование медицинских сестёр.
