Abstract

В статье проведен анализ состояния процессов социально-экономической модернизации и предложены инструменты по их ускорению. Обоснована необходимость разработки качественных стратегий и целевых программ развития пространственных формирований, а также предложены механизмы взаимодействия власти, бизнеса и экспертного сообщества при их разработке и практической реализации. Акцентировано внимание на важности развития малого и среднего бизнеса для ускорения процессов модернизации социально-экономической системы города.
