Особенности Организации Оплаты Труда На Предприятиях В Современных Условиях

Abstract

Рассмотрено современное состояние организации оплаты труда на промышленных предприятиях. Заработная плата имеет свойство товара. Под влиянием рыночных отношений появились новые элементы оплаты и в первую очередь, доходы от собственности. На практике происходит постепенный переход от использования закона трудовой стоимости к применению теории спроса и предложения. Фонд оплаты труда отражает суммарные затраты предприятия на оплату труда персоналу. Его объем зависит от роста доходов предприятия.
