«Новый Регионализм» И Развитие Теоретических Аспектов Создания Кластеров

Abstract

Рассматриваются сетевые производственные системы, создаваемые и функционирующие на основе кластерных принципов организации и кооперации. Развивается теория нового регионализма. Показано, что формирование регионов не ограничивается национальными границами, а может включать определенную часть территории одной или более стран. Выделяются аспекты самоформирования новых и ликвидация имеющихся регионов. Допускается возможность создания регионов на территории кластера в рамках действующих административных образований на условиях перераспределении функций между ними. Осмысливаются взаимосвязи между геопространством как физическим атрибутом, гомогенным геопространством региональных образований, киберпространством как геопространством всемирной паутины. В методологическом аспекте кластеры исследуются как движущая сила процветания в условиях глобализации.
