Ресурсные Платежи Как Базовые Инструменты Экономического Механизма Природопользования

Abstract

В статье исследовано современное состояние окружающей среды в Украине. Определены мероприятия, осуществляемые с целью создания безопасных условий для жизни человека и воспроизведения окружающей природной среды, исследованы особенности их финансирования. Установлена проблема нехватки средств, которые фактически выделяются для финансирования государственных целевых экологических программ. Доказано, что основным компонентом экономического механизма природопользования являются ресурсные платежи, выявлены недостатки в механизме их взимания, и даны рекомендации по их устранению.
