Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость развития научных парков в национальных условиях. Разработан поэтапный подход к формированию сети научных парков на примере Донецкого региона с использованием механизма франчайзингового тиражирования. Предложено внедрение в практику регионального развития системы «инновационного лифта», объединяющей научные парки, бизнес-инкубаторы и индустриальные парки.
