Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические основы и показана необходимость процессного подхода к управлению развитием рынка недвижимости, сформирована авторская модель выявления макропроцессов рынка недвижимости, основанная на многоуровневом подходе, сочетании механизмов свободного рыночного регулирования, саморегулирования и государственного регулирования, учитывающая особую роль институциональной и организационной структуры рынка недвижимости в процессах управления.
