Классические Теории Мотивации: Эволюция Подходов

Abstract

Сегодня персонал является одним из конкурентных преимуществ субъектов хозяйствования, а мотивациямощным инструментом конкурентной борьбы и получения прибыли. В статье определяется понятие «мотивация», рассматриваются ключевые положения классических теорий мотивации и выделяются основные этапы формирования подходов к мотивации в рамках этих теорий.
