Abstract

В статті досліджено взаємозалежність функціонування будівельної галузі та національної економіки, що дозволило спрогнозувати перспективи розвитку національного господарства на найближчі роки; визначено важливу роль внутрішніх і зовнішніх інвестицій та запропоновано стимулюючі заходи із створення сприятливого середовища для їх залучення і направлення в будівельну галузь та на фінансування капіталомістких виробництв.В статье исследовано взаимозависимость функционирования строительной отрасли и национальной экономики, что позволило спрогнозировать перспективы развития национального хозяйства на ближайшие годы; определенно важную роль внутренних и внешних инвестиций, предложены стимулирующие мероприятия по созданию благоприятной среды для их привлечения и направления в строительную отрасль и на финансирование капиталоемких производств.
