Особенности Разработки И Внедрения Стандарта По Развитию Кадрового Потенциала Предприятия

Abstract

В статье обоснованная необходимость стандартизации процесса развития кадрового потенциала в области предоставления торговых услуг. Представлен анализ определений понятия «стандарт». Обоснована разработка стандарта по развитию кадрового потенциала предприятия на основе методологии управления проектами. Предложена модель жизненного цикла проекта разработки и внедрения стандарта по развитию кадрового потенциала, которая представлена фазами: концептуальная; разработки; выполнение проекта; завершение проекта; эксплуатационная. Описанный комплекс действий и результатов каждой фазы жизненного цикла проекта.
