Abstract

У статті надано оцінку стану дієвості механізму взаємодії суб’єктів соціально-трудових відноси, визначено чинники, що впливають на ефективну роботу елементів системи соціального діалогу.В статье представлена оценка состояния действенности механизма взаимодействия субъектов социальнотрудовых отношений определены факторы, которые влияют на эффективную работу элементов системы социального диалога.The estimation of the state of effectiveness of mechanism of co-operation of subjects of social-labour relations has been presented in the article. There have been defined the factors that make influence to effective work to elements of the social dialog system.
