Место И Роль Финансового Анализа В Системе Управления Предприятием

Abstract

Показано возрастание роли управления финансами в системе управления современными предприятиями. Показано различие между «управлением финансами» и управлением «финансовой деятельностью». Рассмотрены задачи управления финансами предприятия, дан анализ недостатков современной подсистемы управления финансами. Приведен анализ трактовки понятия «финансовый анализ», показана его роль в современных условиях как связующего звена между всеми процессами управления в организации. Сформулированы предложения по повышению действенности финансового анализа в практике работы отечественных предприятий.
