Институциональная Составляющая Привлекательности Фондового Рынка Украины

Abstract

Розглянуто вплив якості інститутів фондового ринку на рівень інституційної привабливості України. Проаналізовано індекси рівня інституційного розвитку, зокрема Глобальний індекс чесності і прозорості (Global Integrity Index), на основі чого зроблені висновки щодо нестійкості економічних перетворень та ролі якості інститутів фондового ринку, а також податкових перетворень у інституційному рейтингу країни в цілому.Рассмотрено влияние качества институтов фондового рынка на уровень институциональной привлекательности Украины. Проанализированы индексы уровня институционального развития, в частности Глобальный индекс честности и прозрачности (Global Integrity Index), на основе чего сделаны выводы о неустойчивости экономических преобразований и роли качества институтов фондового рынка, а также налоговых преобразований в институциональном рейтинге страны в целом.
