Управление Дебиторской Задолженностью С Учетом Платежеспособности Потребителя

Abstract

Обоснованы подходы к управлению дебиторской задолженностью на стадии ее формирования и инкассации в зависимости от платежеспособности населения по оплате услуг ЖКХ. Предложена модель зависимости уровня оплаты услуг от уровня платежеспособности потребителей в рамках модели финансовых потоков предприятия. Проанализирована возможность использования модели для прогнозирования деятельности предприятий водоснабжения и водоотведения.
