Исследование Задач Управления Национальным Хозяйством В России

Abstract

В статье показана актуализация задачи управления расширением границ рыночной экономики до хозяйства в связи с необходимостью обеспечения социально-экономичекого развития регионов России, а не только бизнеса. Передел мира после краха коммунистической идеи способствовал расширению границ рыночной экономики до хозяйства (хозяйственной деятельности) из-за социально-экономической политики. Либеральный подход, реализуемый в РФ и других развивающихся странах, осуществляется в интересах бизнеса, задачами которого является получение прибыли, а не решение вопросов безработицы, заработной платы, образования, здравоохранения и т.д. Представлена гипотеза автора о расширении границ рыночной экономики в рамках общей институциональной модели, создающей условия хозяйствования на основе комплекса условий, организующих хозяйственную деятельность в России. Определены задачи неодирижизма национального государственно-корпоративного комплекса России. Рассмотрены методы государственного управления и регулирования хозяйствования. Показана роль проектного управления в процессе расширения границ рыночной экономики до хозяйства.
