Abstract

В современных условиях наблюдается экстенсивный характер роста отрасли добычи нерудных строительных материалов в России, что обусловленное несовершенством нормативно-правовой базы, высоким уровнем износа основных производственных фондов, отсутствием государственных стратегических программ межотраслевого взаимодействия и прочими разнонаправленными факторами, и выражается в низком уровне конкурентоспособности региональных промышленных комплексов. Решение этой проблемы возможно за счет создания комплексных программ стратегического развития регионов, включающих как отраслевые программы развития отдельных отраслей, так и систему их согласованного развития.
