Abstract

В статье рассматривается процесс финансирования инновационных компаний малого и среднего бизнеса. Целью статьи является анализ публичных размещений компаний с низким уровнем капитализации на альтернативных биржевых площадках. На примере нескольких биржевых площадок автор показывает преимущества таких инструментов финансирования для компаний малого и среднего бизнеса.
