Abstract

В статье рассматривается процесс оценки корпоративного управления в предпринимательских структурах. Целью статьи является анализ преимуществ и недостатков Национального рейтинга корпоративного управления. На примере нескольких российских компаний автор показывает относительно низкий уровень корпоративного управления.
