Интрапренерство Как Расширенная Форма Управления Предпринимательскими Структурами

Abstract

В настоящее время хозяйственная деятельность крупных предпринимательских структур раскрыла ниши предпринимательской инициативе в процессе развития специализации бизнес-функций, которые разделяются на функции собственно управления и функции инновационной деятельности в крупных корпорациях в виде внутреннего предпринимательства (или интрапренерства). В работе рассмотрено интрапренерство как качественно иной уровень свободы менеджеров и специалистов, структурных подразделений внутри компании, позволяющий раскрыться мотивации личного и профессионального успеха большему числу работников и членов команды.
