Abstract

Местное самоуправление в настоящее время выступает в качестве неотъемлемого атрибута современного правового и демократического российского государства. В настоящей работе рассматривается место данного института в системе элементов публичной власти России.The local government acts now as the integral attribute of the modern constitutional and democratic Russian state. In the real work the place of this institute in system in elements of the public power of Russia is considered.
