Abstract

В статье рассматривается особенности функционирования и развития публичных и частных корпораций, функционирующих в отраслях пищевой промышленности России. Проводится сравнительный анализ институтов публичного и частного владений корпорациями, их преимуществ и недостатков для обеспечения инвестиционной привлекательности корпоративного сектора и самоорганизации корпоративного предпринимательства.The article discusses features of the functioning and development of public and private corporations operating in the sectors of the food industry in Russia. A comparative analysis of public and private institutions, corporations, estates, and their advantages and disadvantages for the investment attractiveness of the corporate sector and the self-organization of corporate entrepreneurship.
