Abstract

В статье рассматривается применение оценки жизненного цикла (ОЖЦ) для разработки экологической декларации на примере молочной продукции детского питания. Показано, что в настоящее время в России, несмотря на наличие необходимых стандартов, отсутствует методика и практический опыт создания экологических деклараций. Приводятся результаты ОЖЦ, позволяющие определить наиболее значимые экологические характеристики исследуемой продукции.The article discusses the application of life cycle assessment (LCA) for developing the environmental declaration of dairy baby food. It is shown that despite the presence of the required standards today in Russia there is a lack of methodology and practical experience in developing of environmental declarations. The LCA results identified the most important environmental indicators of the production are shown.
