Abstract

Президент Российской Федерации, обладая обширными полномочиями во всех областях внешней и внутренней политики государства, выступает в качестве гаранта Конституции Российской Федерации, прав и свобод человека и гражданина, а также гаранта стабильности и порядка в государстве в целом. Деятельность главы государства, безусловно, способствует укреплению в нашей стране правового и конкурентноспособного государства.The President of the Russian Federation, possessing extensive powers in all areas of foreign and domestic policy of the state, acts as the guarantor of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen, and also the guarantor of stability and an order in the state as a whole. Activity of the head of state, certainly, promotes strengthening in our country of the constitutional and competitive state.
